Begin a tribute

A page for your dog that stays, and costs you nothing.

Tell us about them and we will make their memorial page — their portrait, their years, the line you would want a stranger to read, and room for anyone who knew them to leave a memory of their own.

It is free, it is permanent, and it does not expire.

What we need

A photograph — one clear picture that shows their face well. One good one is all we need.
Their years — when they came to you, and when you lost them.
A line for their page — one sentence about them. It does not need to be clever; the true ones are always the best.
Your email address — it is how you get their page, and how we tell you when someone leaves a memory.

Everything after that is optional. Breed, nicknames, what they would have done anything for — those make the page theirs rather than anyone's, but a name and one photograph is enough to start.

About the tile itself

Every tribute gets a page. A physical tile is a separate thing — those hang on walls at Pawsh and at the practices we work with, and space on them is limited. If your dog is eligible for one we will tell you. If not, their page is exactly the same page, and it lasts exactly as long.

What happens next

We personally read every submission, and you will be notified by email when your dog's tribute page is activated. Turnaround time is currently 5–10 business days.
